Alton J. Skelly
Alton
has been in the railroad business for almost 40 years. In 23 years
with General Electric Transportation Systems he worked his way
from Electrical Design Engineer Marketing and Service Manager
to the position of Worldwide Services Manager. For the next 10
years he was Director of Insourcing for Conrail and Norfork Southern
where he directed remanufactuing work for the 1000 employee Juniata
Locomotive shop. Alton is presently a Senior Consultant for several
Fortune 500 companies and Domestic and International railroads.

Larry J. Sligar
Larry
has 34 years of experience with BNSF where he held numerous positions
including Shop Superintendent and Director of Equipment. He is
very familiar with Back Shop and Running Repair Maintenance Procedures,
Shop Scheduling, and Manning. Larry is experienced on both GE
and EMD Locomotives.
